Why you need to eat Cruciferous vegetables EVERY day
Cruciferous vegetables are also called Brassicas and include:
- rocket (arugula)
- bok choy

- cauliflower
- choy sum

Cruciferous vegetables contain nutrients with anticancer properties and are rich in folate, vitamins C, E, and K and fibre
Cruciferous vegetables are also good sources of phytonutrients, which are plant-based compounds that may help lower inflammation and reduce the risk of developing cancer
To reap the benefits of cruciferous veggies, we need to eat at least half a cup every day, but more of course is even better!
