Hunger and Fullness Scale
It is normal and natural to feel hungry several times a day
If you eat slowly and chew your food well, your stomach will tell you when it is full
Use this scale to monitor your appetite
Wait until your hunger has reached level 2-3 before you eat and stop eating when you reach a 5
Anything above that tends to cause weight gain

- Starting to feel hungry (your stomach feels empty)
- Hey there I’m hungry (your tummy is rumbling)
- I’m absolutely ravenous (you feel nauseas and light-headed)
