Chocolate and Caramel Bliss Balls
What do you give someone who already has everything for Christmas?
Balls!
But not just any balls. You want to give them the best balls possible….
After months of deliberation (and some help from Rita and Despina, who I work with at one of my clinics) I have found the two best bliss ball recipes – chocolate bliss balls and caramel bliss balls. Mmmm….yum!
Home-made presents make the best presents as usually a lot more thought and effort has gone into them.
Delicious edible home-made presents would have to be my absolute favourite type of present and these balls are exceptionally fine. They are also relatively easy to make. You just throw everything into a food processor, then roll into….balls!
I have included both of my favourite balls in this jar and have layered them, but feel free to mix things up a bit.
The caramel ones and a few of the chocolate ones I rolled in coconut and the rest of the chocolate ones in raw cacao powder. You can also roll your balls in crushed nuts!
This will be the best present you give this year 🙂

Raw cacao powder is unprocessed cocoa powder. It is available from health food stores, or if you are in Sydney, Honest to Goodness and Alfalfa House. You can substitute with regular cocoa powder, but it won’t be quite as chocolatey.
I used crunchy natural peanut butter, but smooth will also work. Just make sure it is natural (i.e. 100% peanuts).
The gift jar came from Ikea!
