GPR seeks a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level to experienced recruiter to join our dynamic team in our Costa Mesa office. This is 100% in office. This role is essential in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by identifying and attracting top candidates to place at our esteemed clients for various positions at all levels. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills and be a quick learner. They must also have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet and exceed monthly targets by filling our clients' staff vacancies by working with our sales and business development team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
• High energy and passion

Preferred

• Experience with CRM/ATS software
• Existing contacts in the industry

Base salary of $55,000-$60,000 + generous monthly bonus structure!
