Pay : $16/Hr. Schedule: Will be assigned a 8-Hr. Shift M-S between 8a-10p EST. (MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SHIFT) Projected Start Date: 6/16 Comprehensive Training : Get all the tools and support you need to excel in your role. IMPORTANT - NO TIME OFF ALLOWED FIRST 90 DAYS NO EXCEPTIONS What You'll Do: Assist patients with obtaining coverage for prescription medications. Receive inbound calls while providing quality service and empathetically listening. Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes. Place calls to insurance companies on behalf of patient needs. Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations.. Requirements: MUST RESIDE IN FL, GA, AZ, OR TX. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Must have a quiet location in home to work. PREVIOUS/RECENT Call Center experience.
