Schedule: Full Time Shift : Days Location: 3100 East Fletcher Avenue Tampa, Florida 33613 The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Division AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based not-for-profit 626-bed tertiary-level acute care hospital located in the uptown district of Tampa, Florida, specializes in advanced cardiovascular medicine, neuroscience and neurology, digestive health, orthopedics, women's services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, sleep medicine and general surgery including minimally invasive and robot-assisted procedures. GME programs on the hospital campus currently include general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine and transitional year. AdventHealth Tampa is home to the renowned AdventHealth Pepin Heart Institute, a recognized leader in cardiovascular disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and leading-edge research caring for Tampa Bay's hearts for over 35 years. The Kiran C. Patel Research Institute, also located at AdventHealth Tampa, leads the way in clinical and academic research in the areas of neuroscience, cardiovascular medicine, advanced surgery and more contributing valuable knowledge that leads to tomorrow's cures for conditions such as heart failure, cancer and other diseases. The ro le you'll contribute: The Prospect Research Specialist supports the Foundation's fundraising efforts by identifying, researching and analyzing prospective donors and translating that research into actionable insights for the Foundation's philanthropy team. This position works closely with gift officers and leadership to aid in creating detailed prospect profiles and building a robust donor pipeline across individual, corporate and foundation donors as well as public grantors. The val ue you'll bring to the team: Prepares/updates thorough, accurate and concisely written research profiles on potential individual, corporate and foundation prospects for gift officers and foundation leadership. Leads research efforts of the foundation using techniques and tools to proactively identify new and existing prospects and ascertain donor capacity, interests, and other philanthropic giving. Tailors work to align with the foundation's core process for portfolio management. Manages data processing from the foundation's grateful patient program, including receiving daily files for wealth screening and using results to direct potential prospects toward major gift or annual fund cultivation. Develops prospect pools for engagement activity across geographies, industries or constituent demographics. Maintains the prospect management system and ensures appropriate data is mirrored in the donor data management CRM database. Participates in prospect portfolio meetings with Senior Donor Systems & Analytics Specialist, as needed. Works with Donor Systems & Analytics Team on miscellaneous tasks.
