Position Details: This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F: 8:00AM- 5:00PM . No nights, no weekends. All locations worked will be in the Overland Park metro area. Business professional dress code and standards are required. Hourly Co mpensation: $17.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOE Amenities: Free parking available! Great working environment! No Nights/Weekends! Responsibilities This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Other duties include: Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Shipping & Receiving Ordering supplies Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Adhere to all safety procedures Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to: Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
