Can you spot reduce?
When we lose fat, unfortunately, we cannot choose where it comes from.
That means doing 100 sit-ups a day won’t really help you burn abdominal fat and doing squats won’t help you lose fat off your thighs
Typically, fat is lost in exactly the same order that it was laid down. This pattern is set by the body and cannot be influenced through specific training. So you will become smaller, but you will maintain the same general shape.
Sorry ladies who store fat around the hips and thighs: it can seem like this fat will never disappear, but trust me, it will with time!
