Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily cash balances across multiple entities and accounts.
• Compile and distribute cash flow summaries and dashboards to internal teams.
• Initiate and record cash movements such as wires, ACHs, and intercompany transfers.
• Maintain and reconcile the hedge portfolio, including interest rate and commodity derivatives.
• Coordinate confirmations with brokers and reconcile against statements.
• Support reporting of hedge positions, valuations, exposures, and effectiveness metrics.
• Support covenant calculations and prepare required compliance documentation.
• Assist in managing reporting obligations tied to company debt agreements.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for lender communications.
• Act as a point of contact with financial institutions for operational issues.
• Help manage account setups, closures, and maintenance.
• Contribute to the implementation of treasury technologies and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial operations.
• Solid knowledge of derivatives and financial instruments, including commodity and interest rate swaps.
• Understanding of debt compliance and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
