Role Summary

CancerIQ is seeking a mission-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of key product initiatives that drive measurable clinical and operational outcomes. Reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with the broader management team, this highly visible role will own critical pieces of the CancerIQ product roadmap and serve as the connective tissue between customers, engineering, design and commercial teams.

You will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring seamless delivery of innovative solutions that help health systems identify and manage patients at risk for cancer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, cares deeply about the healthcare experience and is ready to scale a product that saves lives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Lead development of product roadmap in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders
  • Translate market research, customer insights and clinical guidelines into clear product requirements
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, urgency and alignment with CancerIQ’s mission and strategic goals
  • Own product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization, with a focus on outcomes

Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Management

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design and QA teams to define, build and release high-quality product features
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation and Sales to ensure product-market fit and drive adoption
  • Serve as the go-to expert for assigned product areas and communicate progress and priorities across teams
  • Serve as a highly skilled project manager with multiple successful implementations in healthcare, specific to Epic EMR integrations

Customer & Market Insight

  • Regularly engage with users, customers and subject matter experts to inform product decisions
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory shifts in genomics and cancer care
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and measure success post-launch

Operational Excellence

  • Drive operational efficiency by improving product processes and documentation
  • Ensure that development timelines and go-to-market plans stay on track
  • Leverage tools like Jira, Figma, and HubSpot to manage backlog, experiments and feedback loops

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in health tech, SaaS or enterprise B2B settings
  • Experience working with EHR integrations, clinical workflows or digital health tools preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and launch successful products at scale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex ideas into clear requirements
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with metrics, data and user feedback to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with agile product development tools and methodologies
