We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team, focusing on building a unified sales platform that will transform how Ramp's sales organization operates. This platform will consolidate existing tools (Toki, CDP, Kayo) into a cohesive ecosystem that streamlines both pre-sales and post-sales functions, with an emphasis on creating shared, reusable functionality like recommendations and alerting systems that can benefit multiple teams.
In this role, you will be the design lead responsible for creating an elegant and efficient experience for Account Managers, Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Customer Success Representatives. Working across multiple teams and initiatives, you'll need to demonstrate strong system-thinking abilities to connect disparate workflows into a unified, intuitive platform. Your work will directly impact Ramp's sales effectiveness by designing tools that enhance productivity and drive better outcomes across the entire sales funnel.
We're initially focusing on solutions for Sales Development (Toki) and Account Management/Customer Success (Kayo) teams, with plans to expand our platform to support Account Executives, Channel Partner Managers, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and senior-level experience in complex B2B product design. You'll need to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across Growth, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams while maintaining a clear vision for the platform's user experience. Your ability to understand various sales functions' needs and translate them into scalable design solutions will be crucial in helping Ramp's sales team operate more efficiently and drive business growth.
Please note that this Senior Product Designer role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week.
