Job Overview

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager for Cottonelle Flushable Wipes. The role involves leading brand strategies, managing P&L, and driving growth initiatives across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management within consumer packaged goods, with proven leadership skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

1. Drive business objectives including sales, profit, and market share.
2. Develop and oversee strategic and annual business plans.
3. Lead commercialization and innovation initiatives.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
5. Manage financials and leverage analytics for decision-making.
6. Lead pricing, forecasting, and channel strategies.
7. Build and maintain relationships with key sales and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
