Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient support by phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and tech-savvy , with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently from home.
ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and product/service information.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Follow call scripts and guidelines while providing a personalized customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets (call volume, response time, customer satisfaction).
Previous call center, customer service, or phone-based experience preferred (not required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Comfortable using computer systems, CRM tools, and basic troubleshooting steps.
Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection required.
Competitive pay ($16-$22/hr, depending on experience).
