We're looking for a driven General Manager (or a strong AGM ready to step up!) to lead operations at our high-volume QSR in Muskogee and Okmulgee . This person will be responsible for managing 35+ employees , hitting $4 million in annual sales , and ensuring smooth drive-thru operations.(or a strong AGM ready to step up!)​​​​​​​

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all daily operations, from staff scheduling to performance and training.
• Drive sales growth and optimize profitability via effective management.
• Manage drive-thru efficiency, maintaining service times under 120 seconds .
• Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operations.
• Foster an excellent customer service and hospitality culture.
• Control costs by expertly managing inventory and ordering.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of solid GM experience in a high-volume QSR environment.
• Proven ability to significantly increase sales , build and lead strong teams , and consistently exceed operational goals .
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills .
• Capable of thriving and adapting quickly in fast-paced, dynamic settings .
