Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Customer Experience: Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring that all client needs are addressed promptly, and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at multiple levels, ensuring long-term business retention and satisfaction.
  • Business Plan Implementation: Coordinate and execute approved business plans, working with key stakeholders to organize and execute property events that drive success.
  • Vendor Management: Lead vendor relationships for maintenance, client services, and building improvement projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely execution.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the property P&L, collaborating with the accounting team on budgeting, CAM reconciliation, and processing vendor invoices.
