Base pay range $55.00/hr - $68.00/hr We seek a Power BI Developer who will be tasked with designing and implementing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models using financial data from Elite 3E. This position requires close collaboration with finance leaders to identify data requirements, develop insightful visualizations, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Description Design and build dynamic financial dashboards and reports in Power BI, leveraging complex DAX formulas and data modeling techniques to drive strategic business insights. Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and ensure data accuracy through ongoing validation and quality checks. Deploy and manage Power BI content via Power BI Service, including report sharing, user access management, and implementation of security protocols to safeguard sensitive financial data. Support knowledge sharing and adoption across the finance team by providing training on Power BI features, best practices, and data exploration techniques. Profile Familiarity with Elite 3E data structures and table relationships is preferred, particularly in the context of financial reporting and analytics within professional services environments. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including developing interactive dashboards, writing complex DAX expressions, and managing security and data access protocols within Power BI Service. Proficient in SQL, with a strong ability to write complex queries and data joins across multiple tables to support robust data modeling and report accuracy. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; a bachelor's degree and relevant certifications in Power BI or related platforms are preferred.
