Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Pilates Studio Manager Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our studio in Katy, TX. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth scheduling, exceptional customer service, and efficient studio operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Managing class and staff schedules
• Greeting and supporting clients with bookings, memberships, and inquiries
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the studio and reception areas
• Supporting basic financial tasks and record-keeping
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, event promotion, and social media coordination
• Utilizing CRM tools to maintain strong client relationships and support retention efforts

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service and client-relations abilities
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of finance and record-keeping
• Proficiency with scheduling and studio management software (e.g., Mindbody is a plus)
• Experience in marketing, social media, and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot)
• Familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certifications in business, marketing, or health/wellness are a plus
