Job Description

Seeking a part-time Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) for our hospice and palliative care team, serving patients in Greater Boston and MetroWest.

• Provide home and facility visits, assess new patients, facilitate admissions, and coordinate care plans.
• Manage symptoms, titrate medications, and educate families on end-of-life issues.
• Work Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible shifts between 8 am-9 pm.
• Require Massachusetts licensure, 2+ years nursing experience, and hospice knowledge.
• Must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and cultural sensitivity skills.
