Primary Responsibilities Conduct order verification, maintain and modify sales orders, and handle sales order and work order maintenance. Coordinate shipping schedules based on production completion, lead times, payment schedule, and customer delivery requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and oversee the process from order entry through production, warehouse, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery. Provide updates on order status, anticipated delivery dates, and respond to fulfillment-related inquiries. Manage domestic and overseas delivery requirements, including carrier management, inquiries, booking, documentation, insurance summarization, reporting, and support for logistics-related issues. Address delays, damaged goods, or mispacked items promptly by coordinating with internal departments, insurance companies, and logistics partners. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or related roles preferred. Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
