Legal Answer Edge is currently seeking Customer Service Call Center Specialists (Fluent Spanish speakers receive additional compensation)

As a Legal Case Consultant, you will provide empathy, accuracy, and professionalism to connect people who have suffered a personal injury, have been negatively impacted by pharmaceuticals/drugs, have been hurt due to defective products, or several other case types, with a law firm that can best help them with their case.

Work from Home is available for qualified employees*
*Initial training is completed in the call center before you are eligible to work from Home.
40% Inbound and 60% Outbound calls
