Position Summary

As an Entry-Level Security Officer (E1), you will be the front line of defense in protecting people, property, and assets. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement within our company’s structured rank system. This is an ideal position for individuals looking to start their career in private security, with or without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas (foot or vehicle)
• Monitor surveillance equipment and security systems
• Control access points and verify credentials
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a timely manner
• Write accurate and detailed incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Follow company policies, post orders, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• No prior experience required—training provided

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Military, law enforcement, or prior security experience
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Knowledge of basic security procedures
