Job Description

One of Insight Global's financial and payroll clients is seeking a Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate for this position will be tasked with a comprehensive set of responsibilities that encompass the core of accounting practices. They will ensure meticulous management of financial records and transactions, apply their advanced understanding of accounting principles critically and advisably, and leverage their extensive knowledge of accounting concepts to support organizational operations. They will play a pivotal role in developing accounting structures, evaluating financial controls, and providing strategic financial insights to facilitate informed decision-making within the company. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site/2 days remote) and pay rate is $27.50/hr.

- Experience managing financial records and transactions.
- Experience with reconciliations and cash flow management, preferably in a banking environment.

- 0-3 years of financial, economic, or accounting experience.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex financial data, strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to take initiative and ability to work independently.
- Accountability and humility in accepting and implementing feedback.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
