Life Care Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Waldorf, MD is growing, and we’re looking for the right doctor to join our team!
For over 20 years, we’ve been proud to support the Southern Maryland community with personalized chiropractic care, spinal decompression, massage therapy, functional rehab, and whole-body wellness services. Our mission is simple: to help patients move freely, feel stronger, and live life with more ease, energy, and joy.
We believe in truly seeing and supporting the whole person – physically, emotionally, and nutritionally – and we’re looking for a chiropractor who shares that passion.
*About the Position:*
* Manual adjusting (Diversified techniques), with drops, flexion-distraction, and occasional Activator work (especially for specific needs like pediatrics or extremities).
* Decompression, functional rehab, custom orthotics, and custom pillow fittings available as part of patient programs.
* Opportunity to train in Dry Needling (certification sponsored if interested).
* Work alongside experienced rehab CAs, massage therapists, and a deeply caring team.
* Patients are a mix of corrective care, wellness care, Medicare, insurance, and ChiroHealth members.
* You’ll see about 5–6 patients per hour when handling regular adjustment appointments.

Reliable and consistent — shows up ready to serve.
Skilled manual adjuster with a heart for holistic, patient-centered care.
*Compensation & Benefits:*
* Salary starting based on experience and schedule ranging from $70k to $90k
* Bonus structure based on volume and performance
* 1 week PTO first year; 2 weeks PTO second year
* Paid holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, July 4th, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day)
* Flexibility for occasional unpaid leave when needed
* $250 monthly health insurance stipend
* Simple IRA with up to 3% match
* Paid malpractice insurance
* Paid continuing education assistance
