BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Engineering Project Coordinator III for a ONSITE opportunity at Seattle WA.

Position Title: Engineering Project Coordinator III

Location: Seattle WA (Onsite)

Anticipated Start Date: 7/21/2025

Expected Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Contract – [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $60.88/hr-$68.48/hr

Technical Support Lead - Research Devices

This role will work closely with Technical Program Managers, Research Coordinators, Research Scientists, and Research Assistants.

The individual in this role is responsible for:

1.Spearhead new mechanism and processes for technical debugging, triaging, and root cause analysis in up-and-coming devices.

2.Engage with relevant stakeholders and provide status reports on technical issues and resolution.

3.Follow technical issues through from initial triage to resolution, working closely with engineers, researchers, and developers to resolve issues.

4.Provide 1-on-1 technical support for company executives using this research device for the first time.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of project management, operational support, data collection management experience, or other relevant experience.

3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in systems engineering and/or QA support role.

Experience with Java/Kotlin/Android and ReactNative.

Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.

Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with human subjects research, data collection, lab management, research support, or operations management in ambiguous environments.

Experience building medium to large scale systems and services.

Experience managing multiple complex workflows and projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, computer science, business administration, or related field.
