We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office management tasks and possess strong administrative skills.

Job Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.

Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

Assist with financial tasks.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Organize and maintain physical and digital files.

Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Monitor and manage email correspondence.

Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Job Specifics

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, QuickBooks, and Outlook Calendar.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Experience with phone systems and office equipment.

Other Requirements

Demonstrate knowledge and an understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Understand how this position impacts the quality of products and services our customers provide.
