Kelly is hiring Electronic Radio Assemblers to work in Elgin, IL . Whether you have prior assembly experience or are eager to learn, this short-term role is a great way to gain valuable skills in the telecommunications industry.
Pay & Shifts:
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM | $16.00/hr.
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM | $17.50/hr.
Job Type: Short-Term | Training Provided
What You’ll Do:
• Operate automation equipment to load components for mobile radio processing
• Pick and handle mobile accessories for shipment
• Read and follow work instructions at computer stations; scan parts as needed
• Assist with manual assembly when automation work slows
• Assemble and cable server components, use torque guns, and test equipment before shipping
• Work in various roles throughout the shift—must be willing to cross-train
What We’re Looking For:
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and rotate roles
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand and move for the entire shift
• Lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted or 50+ lbs. with a team lift
