- Advanced writing and editing skills, particularly in crafting RFP responses
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or government contracting certification preferred

- Strong understanding of government contract types, pricing structures, and compliance risks
- Experience in developing proposal budgets that align with cost requirements
