International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Data Science Intern for the Fall 2025 Internship class to support the Global Measurement Team. The intern will assist in initiatives to provide leadership, direction, and services on measurement and program management. Responsibilities include developing software processes for automating data cleanup in research datasets, supporting data trainings, workshops, and brainstorm sessions, working with data from multiple internal and external sources, conducting surveys on AI use, and participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support. The position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates, requiring 30-40 hours per week. The internship runs from September 15 to December 12, 2025. Qualifications include being a bachelor’s degree student with at least two years of undergraduate study completed, experience in community engagement, project management, administrative support, and CRM experience is a plus. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a mature orthodox Christian faith. IJM requires background checks and adherence to safeguarding policies.
