As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve providing exceptional support and assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience while acting as a liaison for the trade companies we serve and their customers. You will handle a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and chats
• Identify and assess customer's needs and schedule them for appointments
• Build rapport and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Ensure you have a quiet work-from-home environment

Skills

• Strong communication skills via phone, emails, and chats
• Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be able to read and follow a script
