A leading law firm with more than twenty years in business is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal. This role involves non-litigation work for corporate formation, transactions, and corporate/LLC records. The firm focuses on having a great balance and work environment - bonus starts at 1200 billable hours, $0 out of pocket healthcare, 401K with match, hybrid work environment, etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of law firm experience
• Corporate experience (ex: LLC formations, stock issuance/transfer documentation, UCC filings, Blue Sky, legal compliance researcproh etc.)
• Bachelors degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pluses:
• Carta, Proformas, Waterfalls
• Background in large/national law firms
