Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented individual to build and foster relationships with top universities and students. The role involves sourcing, marketing, and hosting on-campus events to attract exceptional talent to HRT. Responsibilities Identify Top Talent: Source and build relationships with top technical students at campuses nationwide. Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish relationships with universities through faculty, info sessions, and networking events, positioning HRT as a top employer. Travel & Representation: Travel frequently to campuses to host recruiting events and network with students. Operations: Plan and troubleshoot recruiting events to ensure seamless execution. Recruiting Events & Logistics: Host and manage end-to-end logistics of campus recruiting events. Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to identify top students on campuses. Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in hiring technical talent in tech or quantitative finance sectors. Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events. Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies to identify students. Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent. Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, along with analytics and reporting tools. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical, process-oriented, with keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. The role may also include discretionary performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
