Berry Blast Smoothie

  • 1 large frozen banana or ½ cup frozen mango, chopped
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (my favourites are raspberries and blackberries)
  • ¼ cup grape juice
  • several ice cubes
  1. Put banana, berries, grape juice and ice cubes in a blender and puree until smooth
  2. Add extra grape juice or water as desired to get a consistency you like
  3. Enjoy :)
